Attwifi Blacklister is designed to solve this problem inasimple, lightweight app. It provides a toggle setting to allowyouto permanently disable the 'attwifi' network or enable it whenyoudesire. It operates in the background by checking to make surethe'attwifi' network is disabled when a wifi scan result isreceived,which uses very little of your device's resources.
