نزار قباني (1923 دمشق - 1998 لندن)

تخرج نزار قباني من كلية الحقوق بدمشق 1944 ، ثم التحق بالعملالدبلوماسي ،
وتنقل خلاله بين القاهرة ، وأنقرة ، ولندن ، ومدريد ، وبكين ،ولندن.

وفي ربيع 1966 ، ترك نزار العمل الدبلوماسي وأسس في بيروت داراللنشر تحمل اسمه ،
وتفرغ للشعر. وكانت ثمرة مسيرته الشعرية إحدى وأربعين مجموعة شعريةونثرية،
كانت أولاها " قالت لي السمراء " 1944 .

نقلت هزيمة 1967 شعر نزار قباني نقلة نوعية : من شعر الحب إلى شعرالسياسة والرفض والمقاومة ؛
فكانت قصيدته " هوامش على دفتر النكسة " 1967 التي كانت نقدا ذاتياجارحا للتقصير العربي ،
مما آثار عليه غضب اليمين واليسار معا.

في الثلاثنين من أبريل/ نيسان 1999 يمر عام كامل على اختفاء واحدمن
أكبر شعراء العربية المعاصرين: نزار قباني.

Nizar Qabbani (1923 Damascus 1998 - London)

Nizar Qabbani graduated from the Law Faculty in Damascus in1944, and then joined the diplomatic work,
