Based on remote support platform Livecare Support, thisnewservice is addressed to all companies that need to performcustomersupport through phone and are interested in speeding theanalysisof the problems reported, through the use ofvisualcommunication.

When support is needed on physical assets such asnetworkequipment, phone, electrical, industrial serviceinstallations suchas boilers, elevators, electrical panels, orother situations, theuser often tries to explain himself withoutbeing an expert, so whois giving support spends most of the time intrying to understandthe situation while in comparison, the problemcould be most of thetime resolved much more quickly.

Using the Livecare Support AV service, the user downloads theappon his/her Android phone, enters a numeric code dictated bytheoperator with whom he/she is in telephone contact,andautomatically the smartphone becomes a camera with which toframethe source of the problems, then send the remote operatortheimages in real time: now the operator can see what theuserdoes!

The service is based on Google's WebRTC technology andworksthrough a simple WiFi or 3G connection.
