This application was created as an aid to mushroomhunters,especially for those less experienced, and offers usefultools tothe recognition and geolocation of fungi found. Theapplicationcontains, in addition to a brief introduction to thebiology ofmushrooms, a dichotomous table that allows, through thedescriptionof the taxonomy, to get a first criterion forclassification of thespecies of the fungus was found, very simpleand intuitive. The application is able to savethelocation of the fungus found via the GPS tracker accessiblethroughthe descriptive sheet of the fungus. The positions arestored in aninternal database, from which you can then activate themechanismsof discovery: the GPS navigator to return to the area ofthediscovery, and the radar for the final localization. Thesavedposition can also be exported in KML format, to be able toview inGoogle Maps, Google Earth and other mapping programs.Theapplication is completed by a complete and exhaustive guideandcontact form, thanks to which it is possible to signalerrors,inaccuracies or defects, or collaborate actively in theimprovementand expansion of the database of mushrooms. The 1.0version has adatabase of more than 100 species of fungi, each ofwhichcorresponds to a photograph with a resolution of 600x400pixels,and a card that describes it in detail. The application hasbeenoptimized on tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7 "and tested onSamsungGalaxy Mini.
