Born in New Jersey and raised in Waldorf,Maryland,Milian - who is of Cuban descent - knew show business wasfor herimmediately. At a young age, Milian became a juniorjournalist onthe Disney Channel's "Movie Surfers." Before ignitingher musicaljourney, she appeared as a guest on several TV shows,such as"Clueless," "Sister, Sister," "Smart Guy," "Charmed," "TheSteveHarvey Show" and as a recurring character on "Get Real."Mostrecently Ms. Milian signed with Lil Wayne’s Young Money/CashMoney/Universal label and is due to release new music at the top of2015with a 4th studio album to follow. You can hear her featuredonWayne's latest single "Start A Fire" off his highlyanticipatedCarter V album. As well as her song "Video Model"featuring Lil'Wayne on the Young Money Compilation "Rise of AnEmpire" releasedearlier this year. Milian’s musical career beganwhen she signed toIsland/Def Jam/UMG at the age of 18 and wasquickly selected tosing the hook on Ja Rule's No. 1 hit single,"Between Me and You."The enormous success of the song introducedher to the mainstreammusic world and gave her commercial success.Milian then co-wrotethe Jennifer Lopez hit "Play" and PaulaDeAnda's popular "WalkAway," and she was one of the co- writers ofJustin Bieber's smash"Baby." Her self- titled debut, "ChristinaMilian," produced thehit "AM to PM" which was her break out intopop culture. Several ofChristina’s singles charted in top 5 in thestates andinternationally. Milian's "It's About Time," released onIsland/DefJam/ UMG, featured the mega-hit "Dip It Low" which shewas twicenominated for Grammy awards. Christina is an entrepreneurin herown right. She currently owns Platinum E- Hookah,Viva DivaWinesand We Are Pop Culture in which she had played an intricatepart infounding and taking brands to new levels.
