저는 경양초등학교, 전남중학교, 살레시오고를 졸업하였으며, 광주 북구 운암동 주공 3단지와 현대아파트에서자랐습니다. 96년 중앙대학교 법학과를 입학하기 전까지 광주 토박이로 살아왔으며, 골목 사이사이 제 추억이 없는곳이없습니다.

한전을 다니셨던 아버지와 아들 셋을 건장히 키워내신 어머니 밑에서 자라왔고, 초등학교 2학년 때 전남영광에서경양초등학교로 전학와서 계속 반 임원을 했으며, 전남중학교 시절에는 전교 부학생회장을 하기도 했습니다.살레시오고등학교를 다니던 시절에는 방송반 활동을 열심히 했습니다.

대학에 입학하고 나서 사회 문제에 관심을 갖기 시작했으며, 중앙대학교 법학과 학생회장과 중앙대학교 법대정책국장을역임했습니다. 대학 4학년 때 입대하여 9사단 백마부대에서 병장 만기 제대를 했습니다.

군대를 제대하고 대학 졸업을 앞둔 시점에서 대학교 때 갖았던 사회적 관심의 끈을 놓지치 않기 위해 찾은것이정치였습니다. 2002년 개혁국민정당 대학생위원회 집행위원으로 활동하였으며, 2004년 중앙대학교 법학사로 졸업을한이후에도 열린우리당에 가입하여 꾸준히 활동을 이어갔습니다.

2006년 당시 초선이였던 이인영 국회의원 정책비서로 일하면서 첫 국정감사를 경험했습니다. 국회 의원실에서 밤을새는것이 다반사였고, 심지어 의원실에서 쪽잠을 자면서 생의 첫 국정감사를 치뤘습니다. 정치인에 대해서 밖에서 봤을 때는쉽게욕할 수는 있지만 실제로 잘 살펴보면 일을 정말 열심히 하는 국회의원도 있다는 사실을 처음 알았습니다.

2006년 강금실 서울시장 후보를 지지하는 모임인 錦supporters 클럽장을 하면서 팬클럽을조직하고활동하였습니다. 2006년 여름에 있었던 열린우리당 대학생정치캠프, 열린우리당 여대생 정치리더십 캠프,민주평화국민영대대학생아카데미의 준비위원으로 참여하여, 정치 후배 양성에도 힘썼습니다.

2009년에는 Daum Cafe 카페를 만들고, 운영자 듣기왕 ㅋ으로 카페를 운영하여 회원이 4,000명 가량될정도로 키웠습니다.

2010년에는 인천의 중소기업인 (주) 신영에 입사하였으나, 2010년 민주당 당대표선거에 출마했던 이인영후보를돕기위해 퇴사 후에 전국을 돌아다니면서, 이인영 민주당대표후보 선거운동 A팀장을 하였습니다.

2011년에는 서울 목동에 위치한 조동기국어논술전문학원의 논술팀장으로 재직하였고, 2011년 3월 27일에양동에있는 웨딩의 전당 금호에서 지금의 아내와 백년가약을 맺었습니다.

신혼 생활은 서울 마포구 공덕동에서 처음 시작하여, 2년 전세기간이 끝나고 구로구로 이사와서살았습니다.2012년에는 문재인 대통령 후보 구로갑 교육위원회 부위원장으로 지역에서 대통령선거를 도왔습니다.

2013년에 서울시의회 시의원 보좌관을 하였고, 같은해에 에코구로협동조합 사무국장으로 활동하면서, 햇빛발전소를짓는데힘썼습니다.

2014년에는 서울특별시 구로구의회 의장 비서설장을 역임하였습니다. 구로구에서 단 한 명있는 의회 의장비서실장을역임하면서 지방자치에 대해서도 배울 수 있는 기회이기도 했습니다.

목동에서 논술강사를 하면서 철학 공부를 시작하여, 계속 꾸준히 공부해오고 있고 2014년에는 서울 도서관 사서역량강화 교육 패널로 참여하였고, 같은해에 인문학 강좌인 리좀I 철학VS철학 강의의 강사로도 활동했습니다.

2014년 여름에는 제2회 청소년 연설대전 스탭으로 참여하여, 청소년들이 자신의 생각을 펼칠수 있는데 도움을주기도했습니다. 2014년 7월부터 현재까지 역삼동에 위치한 KTK 아카데미 실장으로 일해왔습니다.

2015년 9월에는 저의 사랑하는 딸 주아가 광주 에덴 병원에서 태어나 120일을 갓 넘겨 건강히 자라고있습니다.2015년에 강남역 11번 출구에서 진행하는 세월호 서명 운동에도 참가했으며, 크리스마스 이브에는 사랑의 연탄나눔에도참여했습니다.

저는 정치, 철학, 토론를 좋아합니다. 앞에서 보셨듯이 정치 활동을 시작한지 15년이 되었고, 섣부른 말씀일수도있지만 국내의 모든 의회인 국회, 시의회, 구의회를 거친 의회 전문가이기도 합니다.

늘 사회적 관심을 갖고, 제가 할 수 있는 작은 부분부터 실천하고자 노력해왔습니다.

저는 이제 만으로 39세, 한국 나이로는 불혹이 되었습니다. 이 사회에 대해 책임을 져야 하는 나이가 되었으며,제게주어진 사회적 의무를 피하지 않고 다 하고자 합니다.

초등학교, 중학교, 고등학교를 모두 광주에서 나오고 자라온 광주의 아들입니다. 고향이 광주인 사람만이 광주에대한애정을 가지고, 광주의 발전을 위해 헌신할 것이라고 저는 확신합니다. 모두가 저의 가족이며, 친척이고,이웃입니다.우리를 위해서 힘쓸 단 한 명의 사람이라면 단연코 양삼승 저를 이야기 하고자 합니다.

제 이력에서 보셨듯이 저는 좋은 사람이 정치를 해야 우리 나라가 바뀐다는 믿음으로 좋은 사람의 당선을 위해서발벗고나섰습니다. 이제 좋은 사람과 더불어 자라온 제가 정치를 시작하려고 출마 선언을 합니다.

광주에서 더불어민주당의 평가가 좋지 않다는 것을 잘 압니다. 더불어민주당 예비후보로 나오려고 했던 사람들마져계산기를두드려보고 탈당한 사실도 있습니다.

더불어민주당이 광주에서는 토호 세력이였으며, 기득권 세력이였기 때문에 시민들이 싫어하시는 것입니다.더불어민주당의통렬한 반성이 있어야 하는 대목이기도 합니다. 하지만 저는 당선을 위해서 제가 자라온 정당을 배신하고탈당하는 비겁한짓은 하지 않겠습니다.

저는 더불어민주당과 함께 자라온 더불어민주당의 미래입니다. 제가 사랑하는 광주와 제가 사랑하는 더불어민주당이모두바뀔 수 있도록 미래 세대인 저를 선택해주시기 바랍니다.

광주를 딱 하나 바꾸겠습니다. 그것은 바로 ‘전부’ 입니다.

저는 대학 때부터 서울에서 살았습니다. 하지만 제 마음 속에는 학창시절을 함께한 광주가 항상 있었고, 광주시민임을항상 자랑스럽게 생각하며 살아왔습니다. 늘 시대와 호흡하면서 비록 작은 힘이지만 할 수 있는 일들을 조금씩이라도하며살아왔습니다.
