椅子に座って筋トレシリーズ01
椅子に座ったまま、効率よく腹筋運動を行うためのタイマーアプリです。
ダイニングの椅子でも会社の椅子でも、手軽に腹筋運動が出来ます。
強度は4段階。
道具は何も必要ありません。

設定メニューで、
・動作アラーム
・動作バイブレート
・Googleカレンダーへの履歴保存
・テキスト読み上げ機能
・ラストカウントダウン機能
上記が設定可能です。

・サイレントで、家族や同僚に秘密で。
・アラームやバイブレートを使用して集中。
・Googleカレンダーに履歴を残して目標を設定する。
等々、色々できます。

事務仕事が多い方や、日頃の運動不足が気になる方は、
気軽な運動としてご活用ください。

テキスト読み上げ機能用の「tts」は、KDDI様の「N2 TTS」を設定してください。
端末にインストールされていない場合、「N2 TTS」のインストールページが開きます。

インストールを行ったら、GooglePlayの画面から「開く」を選択して、
「テキスト読み上げの設定」を選択、
「優先エンジン」で「KDDILABS N2 TTS」を選択して、
「戻る」ボタンで初期起動画面まで一度戻って下さい。

現在の多くのAndroid端末では、残念ながら日本語には未対応なので、
必ず日本語TTSである、「N2 TTS」をインストールして下さい。
