تطبيق أراضي بيضاء يتيح للجمهور المساهمةفيالاعلام عن الأراضي البيضاء

هدف نظام رسوم الأراضي البيضاء إلى:

١- زيادة المعروض من الأراضي المطورة بما يحقق التوازن بينالعرضوالطلب.
٢- توفير الأراضي السكنية بأسعار مناسبة.
٣- حماية المنافسة العادلة، ومكافحة الممارسات الاحتكارية.

حيث يفرض البرنامج رسم سنوي على الأراضي البيضاء، المملوكة لشخصأوأكثر من ذوي الصفة الطبيعية أو الصفة الاعتبارية غير الحكومية،بنسبة٢٫٥ ٪ من قيمة الأرض. كما ستقوم الوزارة باستعمال إيراداتالرسومللصرف على مشاريع الاسكان والبنية التحتية مما يدعم العرض فيقطاعالاسكان لتقديم الحلول والمنتجات.

The goal of the white land fee system to:

1. Increase the supply of undeveloped land in order to achieveabalance between supply and demand.
2. The provision of residential land at reasonable prices.
3. Protection of fair competition, anti-monopolistic practices.

The program imposes an annual fee on the white land, owned byoneor more persons with physical character or a trait oflegalnon-governmental organizations, increased by 2.5% of the valueofthe land. The ministry also will use fee income to spend onhousingand infrastructure projects, which supports the display inthehousing sector to provide solutions and products.
