La comunicación de incidencias en lavíapública a través de esta App es una iniciativa de la ConcejalíadeServicios Municipales del Ayuntamiento de Guadalajara parahacermás rápida y eficaz la comunicación con los ciudadanos y deestaforma agilizar las labores de mantenimiento y reparacióndelequipamiento urbano.

Con esta aplicación, se puede comunicar cualquierincidenciadetectada en la vía pública. Sólo hay que seleccionar unacategoríaentre las establecidas. Por ejemplo: acera deteriorada.Acontinuación, si se desea, se puede adjuntar una fotografíasobreel desperfecto detectado.
El dispositivo detectará las coordenadas exactas de la situacióndela incidencia. También puede añadir comentarios sobre lamisma.

Gracias a esta nueva aplicación, el Ayuntamiento localizayrepara los desperfectos de una forma más ágil. Elciudadanorecibirá información puntual de las distintas fases delproceso dereparación.
