You simply have to select States that border each other.CANADA,MEXICO, ATLANTIC OCEAN, PACIFIC OCEAN and GULF OF MEXICOhave beenincluded but cannot be selected next to each other, e.g.CANADAborders ATLANTIC OCEAN is not allowed and will count as awronganswer.
