Ans : Yellow does not have any physical store, the store is purelyonline and operated from hyderabad.

3 How can i purchase from your store ?
Ans. You can purchase it from the online store www.yellowkurti.comand we will deliver it to your home.

Shopping at yellowkurti.com is easy and secure! Placing anonline order requires just a few steps:

Select an item you would like to purchase along with the colorand asize, and then click the Add to Cart button from either thequick view or product detail page.
You can then choose to continue shopping or go directly toCheckout.

Ans. Yes !! you can place an order over phone after selecting thedesign name or desing number and Keerthi will help you on that.

6. What if i change my mind after ordering a product ?
Ans. It is okay to change your mind, you can just call us or mailus about the cancellation and we will stop the shipment if it isnot packed and shipped. If the shipment has been shipped then youhave to ship it back to us. The return shipping cost is on thecustomer, I guess it is lot cheaper than you driving all the wayback to the store and return the item and get the refund :) .

7. Can I return or exchange the product ?
Ans. Absolutely Yes! you can exchange the product if there are anysize issues or you have received a damaged piece. However you canonly exchange the product within 7 days from the delivery. Thecustomer has to ship it back to Yellowkurti and we will inspect theproduct and after confirming that the tags of the product areintact, we initiate the refund or issue a coupon to thecustomer.
