நா.பார்த்தசாரதி (டிசம்பர் 18, 1932 - டிசம்பர்13, 1987) புகழ் பெற்ற தமிழ் நெடுங்கதை எழுத்தாளர் ஆவார். தீரன்,அரவிந்தன், மணிவண்ணன், பொன்முடி, வளவன், கடலழகன், இளம்பூரணன்,செங்குளம் வீரசிங்கக் கவிராயர் ஆகிய புனைப்பெயர்களிலும் அறியப்படும்இவர் தீபம் என்ற இலக்கிய இதழை நடத்தி வந்ததால் 'தீபம்'நா.பார்த்தசாரதி என்றும் அழைக்கப்படுகிறார். பெரும்பாலும் இவருடையகதைகள் சமகால சமூகப் பிரச்சினைகளைத் தீர்க்கப் போராடும் கொள்கைப்பிடிப்புள்ள கதைமாந்தர்களைப் பற்றியதாய் அமைந்துள்ளது. இவருடைய புகழ்பெற்ற நெடுங்கதைகளான குறிஞ்சி மலர் மற்றும் பொன் விலங்குதொலைக்காட்சித் தொடர்களாகவும் வந்துள்ளன. சாகித்திய அகாதமி விருதுபெற்றுள்ளார்.இவர் எழுதிய "சாயங்கால மேகங்கள்" எனும் நூல் தமிழ்வளர்ச்சித் துறையின் 1983 ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கான சிறந்த நூல்களில் நாவல்வகைப்பாட்டில் முதல் பரிசு பெற்றிருக்கிறது. இவர் 93 நூல்களைஎழுதியிருக்கிறார்.இவரது கதைகளை நாங்கள் தொகுத்து இலவசமாக வழங்குவதில்மிகவும் பெருமைப் படுகின்றோம். வாசகர்களான நீங்களும் இந்தக் கதைகளைபடித்து உங்கள் அவிப்பிராயங்களை எங்களுக்குச் சொல்லவும். அதுஎங்களுக்கு மேற்கொண்டு பல கதைகளை எதிர்காலத்தில் இதில் சேர்ப்பிக்கஉதவும். நன்றி.

Deepam Na Parthasarathy was one of the well known tamil writerduring 1970s, he was well recognised as one of finest TamilHistorical writer as Kalki was. He had touched upon severalhistorical and modern tamil lives on his writings.

I am always amazed to read the works of Kalki and Deepam NaParthasarathy describing our ancient tamil people, I always wishedto be living in the same tamil cultural world, these stories justmesmerise us and take us back in 1000s of years.
