Most of you are longtime repeat customers and I would liketothank you for choosing Milton’s and sharing us with yourfamiliesand friends. It is truly an honor to serve you. For thenewcomers,I’d like to tell you a little bit about us. My name isJeff Janik.My wife Lindy and I are the proud owners of Milton’s. Istartedworking for our namesake, Milton Papadopolous in 1976 atMilton’sPizza in Chesapeake Virginia. I was 15 years old andwashing dishes(by hand) for $2.10 per hr. That may not sound veryglamorous, butI was hooked right away. The thrill of seeing happysatisfiedcustomers and the privilege to work with dedicated hardworkingyoung people is just as rewarding now as it was then.Therestaurant was small and the menu very limited but the mantrawasthe same. Serve only freshly prepared quality food, andalways,always fill the restaurant with a staff that enjoys theirjob andgenuinely cares about our guests! A lot has changed since mywifeLindy and I bought Milton’s Six Forks in 1983, but thosecorevalues remain the same.
