It classifies tasks into 4 categories.
1. Important & Urgent
2. Important & Not Urgent
3. Not Important & Urgent
4. Not Important & Not Urgent

then prioritizes tasks in sequence,
which task should do first, later or ask for someone help.

Usage:
1. Create Jobs (Group of Tasks) i.e. Jane Birthday Works, OfficeWorks, ...
2. Create Tasks need to do. i.e. Buy Flower, Birthday Cake,Hand-over Document, Customer Meeting ...
3. Want some help, add some friends and contact them about thetask.
