Warranty and Terms and Conditions of Sales.

Terms & Conditions of Sale Early Landcruiser Spares (ELS)offer a minimum 30 Day Warranty for all used and second hand parts(unless otherwise stated). These warranty terms are nottransferable and original invoices are required for proof ofpurchase.

• Body parts as inspected • No allowance is made fortransportation or labour costs • Part returns must be receivedwithin 7 days of invoice date. A 20% handling charge will beincurred for parts "NO LONGER REQUIRED". Part retums must beaccompanied by original invoice.

•ELS will not be responsible for any consequential loss ordamage, loss of income or damage/downtime because of the failure ofthe part sold.

Warranty Engines are warranted against smoking, knocking andexcessive oil usage, it is a condition of this warranty that yourradiator be cleaned thoroughly, also heater and radiator hosesincluding fan belts be checked and replaced if necessary. • Enginesare sold as Long Bare, Accessories and manifolds if fitted are notguaranteed to be correct for your model and are not warranted.Closely examine before installation and swap parts from youroriginal engine where necessary. • Diesel engines will needinjectors and pump to be serviced or warranty void. • All changeover units to be retumed ASAP or no warranty will be considered. •All transmissions must be fitted with a new filter kit and frontseal by a qualified transmission repairer. The transmissionwarranty will be void if this is not carried out.

Exchange / Credit Policy In the instance that you aredissatisfied with the quality, condition or operation of the partyou have purchased from ELS please retum it for an exchange. Incases where ELS does not have a replacement part,ELS will locate ororder one in for you, all exchanges / credits or refunds must beaccompanied by a receipt for proof of purchase. • Parts for Creditincur a 20% handling fee and are managements discretion.

Your Refund Rights You are entitled to a refund if the goodspurchased... * are defective (the defect not being caused by you),or * do not match the description or sample provided by ELS, or *do not do what they are supposed to or what ELS said they would.You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind ormake a wrong choice.
