T실버보호자는 ‘T실버서비스’ 사용자와 1:1로 연결되어 긴급신고 메시지수신,음성통화 자동연결 원격 긴급신고 기능을 이용 할 수 있습니다.

긴급상황 발생시 사용자의 위치정보를 보호자 (별도 앱 설치 필요)와 119에 전송하고 보호자와 자동으로음성통화가연결되는 서비스
- 직접신고 : 사용자가 직접 긴급신고한 경우
- 자동신고 : 단말기의 움직임이 12시간동안 없고 배터리가 20% 이하이며 부재중통화가 5건인 경우(동시조건만족시)자동으로 긴급신고가 됨
- 원격신고 : 보호자앱을 통해 연결된 보호자가 원격으로 사용자의 긴급신고한 경우
