This open source and free application blocks unwanted calls on arule-based logic, with number pattern recognition.

When an incoming call is detected, the service loops through thelist of active filters,
and for each filter, when there is a match, a custom action isperformed, like dropping the call,
logging the event or sending a warning message.

A filter is assembled by combining two rules and one action: acalendar rule to define
when the filter is active, a filter rule to define the numbers andpatterns against which
the incoming call is matched and an action to be performed when thefilter is active and
there is a match.
