Open the app and touch startbutton to start DarkGlassservice.
If you want to stop it, Open the app again and touchstopbutton.
You can also do that with status bar(notification list).
*How to adjust alpha of filter :
Please tune the seekbar over the startbutton in the app.
And don't forget to press the startbutton again.
