تولي الجمعية عناية عظيمة بالآثار النبوية الشريفة والتبرك بها كمايفعل مئات الملايين من المسلمين في الدنيا، وذلك اقتداء بالسلف الصالحالذين كانوا يتبركون بشعر النبي وغيره من ءاثاره الشريفة كما هو مرويفي البخاري وغيره.

وفي كل ءاخر ليلة جمعة من شهر رمضان من كل عام يشارك أعضاء الجمعيةبزيارة الأثر الشريف في المسجد المنصوري الكبير في طرابلس، وهو شعرةمن شعر رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وصلت محروسة بفرقاطة بحريةعثمانية وسرايا جنود في عام 1308هـ/1891ر واستقبلها علماء المدينةوأشرافها ووجهاؤها ووضعها أحد العلماء على رأسه ومشى خلفه الحشد وفيهقوافل المداحين وأصواتهم ترتفع في الشوارع بالصلاة والسلام على رسولالله صلى الله عليه وسلم. ولا زال المسلمون يتبادرون في الموعدالمذكور من كل عام للتبرك بهذا الأثر الشريف.
