Please note this is not an application but a widget. To add itto your home screen please follow these instructions:

Method 1:
Press Home button followed by Menu button. Select Add -> Widgets-> Russia Flag Battery Widget.

Method 2:
Press Home button to show the home screen. Tap and hold your fingeron any available space, select Widgets -> Russia Flag BatteryWidget.
