Set the speed you like within Setting Menu (fast recommended)

TO SET SPEED: Wallpapers->LiveWallpapers->Alabama FlagLive Wallpaper->Setting->Select Speed->Medium(e.g.)->Cancel->Return Botton->Set Wallpaper
Pictures will change according to this settings.
