Calm VR is part of Project Joy,technologiesfor mental well-being and cognition. The use is placedin a naturalenvironment and can use their breaths to blow thedandelions. Thishelps the user practice breathing. It is an ongoingproject at theMIT Media Lab, and this is just the first testversion. There apphas both a Cardboard VR and a non-VR view, butthe full power ofthe environment is available with a GoogleCardboard in VR.
