For more than 40 Years Ed Williamson has been building alegacyas one of Miami's most distinguished automobile dealers.InDecember of 1967, his father founded George WilliamsonCadillacCompany in Miami, and Ed joined him in the family businessas a newcar salesman. Five years later, Ed became President of thecompany,and in December of 1976, he and his brother Tom purchasedthedealership from their father and renamed it WilliamsonCadillacCompany. Today Williamson is an award-winning dealership,earningGM Dealer of the Year numerous times, and the CadillacMasterDealer Award for more than 30 years. Williamson has expandedthedealership by adding HUMMER. He also is a partner inPembrokePines. Williamson is also an active member of the civicandcharitable community, serving such organizations as the OrangeBowlCommittee, The University of Miami and the Greater MiamiChamber ofCommerce.
