I am very pleased to welcome you toWychwoodPrimary School. We are a large, thriving, rural primaryschool atthe heart of the Shipton and Milton under Wychwoodvillages servingpupils from these communities and the surroundingareas. We havearound 300 pupils in 11 classes that are organisedinto EarlyYears, Lower Key Stage 2 and Upper Key Stage 2departments. Eachdepartment is ably led by a member of the SeniorManagement Team.We offer an exciting and inspiring curriculum thatstimulates andengages our pupils. We supplement the curriculum witheducationaltrips, visitors to the school and termly curricularthemed weeks.Specialist teachers visit the school to offerinstrumental lessonsand sports coaching. We have a full and variedafter schoolprogramme of activities. For example we have French,football,judo, computer, drama, cookery, art, choir and generalsports clubson offer. Before and after school care is provided onthe schoolpremises by CAWS. We have strong links with the localcommunity,including the local churches and the tennis club.
