GAME PLAY

The game starts with a 9×9 board with three gems chosen outofseven different colours. The player can move one gem per turn,andthe player may only move a gem to a particular place if there isapath (linked set of vertical and horizontal empty cells)betweenthe current position of the gem and the desired destination.Thegoal is to remove gems by forming lines (horizontal, verticalordiagonal) of at least five gems of the same colour (four intheearly levels). If the player does manage to form a line of atleastfour/five gems of the same colour, the gems in those linesareremoved, and he gains one turn, i.e. he can move another gem.Ifnot, three new gems are added, and the game continues untiltheboard is full.

Gems are moved by selecting a gem and dragging it to anemptysquare on the board. Alternatively, you can tap to select agem andthen tap on the target board square. Tap again on a selectedgem tounselect.

There is an 'undo' button if you make a bad move and shouldyouwish, you can even undo all the way back to the start ofthegame!

ARCADE MODE

This mode has special pieces and power ups that will helpyoucomplete the game:

Timed Piece
The Timed Piece has a counter that counts down each time theplayertakes a turn. The counter starts at nine and counts down tozero.When the counter reaches zero, the piece is turned to stoneand canno longer be moved by the player.

Multicolor Piece
The Multicolour piece can be matched with any other colour pieceonthe board. Line up six pieces of the same colour to spawnamulticolour piece.

Bomb Piece
The bomb piece will clear a 3x3 area around it. Line up sevenpiecesof the same colour to spawn a bomb piece. Double taptodetonate.

Destroyer Piece
The destroyer piece destroys all pieces that match its colour.Lineup eight pieces of the same colour to spawn a destroyerpiece.Double tap to activate.

Mega Bomb Piece
This piece will clear a large area of the board. Line up ninepiecesof the same colour to spawn a mega bomb piece.

CLASSIC MODE
Original Lines style game play.
