This APP provides governing laws and rights for different groups ofartists such as Authors, Singers, Musicians and other Artists. TheIntellectual Property Rights will also be available on this APP.Ministry of Cultural Affairs of Government of People’s Republic ofBangladesh has been carrying out research and assignments toconserve the scattered pieces of arts and crafts and Bengaliheritage. To continue this progression the ministry has begun tocirculate various creative curriculums for example, BengaliLiterature, Soap operas, Computer Software, Sangeet, Arts,Sculpture Building, and Movies etc. The ministry has given copyright office the responsibilities to register the artist and issuecopy right certificates. ‘The Copy Right Law- 2000’ has beenestablished to reserve the rights and responsibilities of copyright Office. Interested Copy right applicants to reserve acreative piece of work, he/she will be able to download theapplication form. The App will also incorporate annex, theguideline to fill in the application form and the location tosubmit the application form. It will also include the contactinformation of Dhaka Copy Right office plus the GIS location ofcopy right offices around the country.
