Description

This is an app that contains three fitnesstests. Two give a predicted VO2max score, and the other gives apredicted vVO2max score. The VO2max tests are the Beep test (alsoknown as the Bleep test), where a person runs 20m between conesback and forth at an increasing pace until s/he is unable tocontinue, and the Bruce Treadmill test, where a person runs on atreadmill at an increasing rate and gradient until s/he is unableto continue. The vVo2max test involves running for 6 minutes asfast as possible and then entering in the distance. Both VO2max andvVO2max are highly correlated with cardiovascular fitness and longdistance endurance. This app allows you to undergo the three listedtests and it also saves your results so you view past results andsee improvement.
