The Hubble Space Telescope represents some ofthe most remarkable scientific and engineering achievements ofmodern humanity. Orbiting in space, far above the effects ofEarth's atmosphere, it has opened new windows into our Solar Systemand Universe that were previously unknown. Peering into theoutermost reaches of our universe, it has inspired a myriad of newtheories, experiments, proofs, and even more advancedinstrumentation. It has collected beams of light from unimaginablydistant places for much longer than it was originally designed for,thanks to the indomitable courage and skill of NASA astronauts.These facts and more lend to its immediately legendary status inthe archives of Earth's history.

The HST Images Feed Widget provides a home screen widget thatdisplays images from the Hubble Space Telescope. HST images areobtained from the Mikulski Archive for Space Telescopes (MAST) webfeed. There are three sizes of widget to choose from: small,medium, and large. HST Images Feed Widget collects images from theMAST web feed and stores them on the local filesystem for offlineviewing and to save bandwidth. Click on an image to display in afull screen viewer with a full description.
