Saudi Industrial Property Authority,usuallycalled Modon is an organization responsible for developmentandcreation of industrial and technological zones in Saudi Arabia.Itsmain goal is simple – encouraging local and global enterprisestooperate in Saudi Arabia. However the complexity and scope ofitsoperations are unprecedented.

Modon encompasses over 40 industrial estates – alreadycompletedor at the development stage – comprising more than 150millionsquare meters, over 300 000 employees and billiondollarinvestments – all in order to create and maintain zonesattractivefor largest private entrepreneurs from all over theworld.

One of Modon’s currently developed projects is SudairIndustrialCity – an investment of 258 square kilometers located inthevicinity of Rijad. The city is envisaged as the next stepinModon’s operations, uniquely meeting the needs of bothemployersand employees who will inhabit it. The city will featurezones forvarious industries, storehouses and offices – as well ashigh classresidential areas, modern housing estates and prestigiousshoppingcenters.

To present this project and underline the advantages ofspecificestates we’ve prepared an innovative mobileapplication,implementing comprehensive visualizations ofinvestments inspecific zones using the Augmented Realitytechnology. Thepresented 3D model of the whole investment featurespins whichtrigger visualizations of specific parts of SudairIndustrialCity.

This allows the viewers to see the exemplary storehouses inthelogistic zone or Ready Made Factories, as well as the interiorsofapartments for employees and houses in theprestigiousneighborhoods.
