شمس المعارف الكبرى مخطوطة من أندرالمخطوطاتالروحانية ‏لها تأثير لا يمكن إنكارها على ثقافتنا العربيةوالإسلاميةبالرغم أنها كتبت في حقبة العصور الوسطى ولكن مازال تاثيرهاقويا علىقارئها . هذه المخطوطة منعت من التداول بل و حرمت قرائتهاولكنها فيالمقابل حازت على شهرة كبيرة في المجتمعات العربيةوالإسلامية .

شمس المعارف الكبرى هي مخطوطة لأبي العباس أحمد بن عليالبونيالمولود بمدينة بونة في الجزائر و تسمى حاليا بعنابة متوفىسنة٦٢٢ه/١٢٢٥م كان وليا من اباطرة الصوفية. قال عنه الزركلي فيكتابهالإعلام:"هو أحمد بن علي بن يوسف أبو العباس صاحب المصنفات فيالحروفمتصوف نسبته إلى بونة حيث ولد وتوفي بالقاهرة".

مقدمة الكتاب.
يبدأ الكاتب بالقول أنه يسأل المولى أن يجعل هذا الكتاب وما قدمهفيهخالصا لوجه الله و صدقة مقبولة بين يدي نجواه . ‏وقال أيضا “إنللحقأعلام وللحقيقة نظام وللأرواح بالمعارف الإلهيات إلحاحوالوسيلةالمطلوبة والقدرة على أقسامها موهوبة" .
‏يتضح من المقدمة ان الكاتب يتكلم لغة دينية لا تختلف عن لغةفقهائناكما يستخدم معتقدات إسلامية وتضمينات لنصوص قرانية ‏وهذهالممارساتتثير مخاوف رجال الدين لأن الكتاب يتضمن أقساماً لأسماءأعجمية تعتبرالإستعانة بها او تمجيدها "شرك أكبر".

الفصول.
تحتوي مخطوطة (شمس المعارف الكبرى) على اربعين فصلاً تتوزع على أكثرمنخمسمائة وثلاثون صفحة!!
‏ومن خلال قرائتي للكتاب يتضح ان الكاتب تدرج ابتداءا من العلمبشرفأسماء الله وما أودع في بحرها من أنواع الجواهر الحكيماتواللطائفالإلهيات ‏وصولا إلى كيفية استقراء أسماء السور والآيات فيالاستشفاءثم انتقل إلى التطير والإستبشار بالأفلاك والنجوم حتى وصلالى عقدالأسحار وفكها .
لذلك ، نرى أن شيخنا (أبو العباس البوني) في كتابه هذا قد بدأشيخاً،ثم منجماً ثم عرافاً ثم معالجاً للأسحار والأقران حتى أصبحمحضراًللأرواح والجان !! حيث قام بربط الأسحار بالكواكب ، وأنالشياطين تتبعوتقوم بعبادة كواكب معينه وتتقرب بها مستندا في ذلك إلىعباداتقديمة.
