UniversalInternet Access will transform Delhi, andcreate a model for therest of India to emulate. On top of this,the state government atDelhi is spearheading this initiative.

Delhi government’s objectives of setting up WiFi are: MobileParSarkar, Promote Education, Spur up Entrepreneurship, Make DelhiaTraders Hub, Promote Tourism, Women Empowerment andWomenSafety.
