There are no ads and no internet or unnecessary permissionsinthe app.

Please check your volume for Android Settings - Sound -Ringtonesand Notifications - if it is set at MAX and your ringtoneis veryloud it could interfere with the speech for the caller id,so wesuggest lowering the Ringtones volume down a bit in thatcase.Please test it with a second phone and find the best volumesettingfor your device and ringtone.
