本程式之設計最主要功能是利用智能手機內的GPS功能去限制司機閱讀乘客的位置距離，希望透過現有的簡單手機技術，有效地協助商戶/乘客聯繫最近自己位置的營業車輛，以達至減排二氧化碳來保護環境和節省費用，例如客貨車由旺角送貨去西貢，客貨車在西貢落貨後沒有生意而司機打算吉車返回市區之際，巧合地同時有客戶正打算由西貢運載貨物去旺角，此時本程式就可有效地配對客人和司機，客人更可向客貨車司機索取7折優惠，從而達至3贏方案，
1) 減少二氧化碳排放，
2) 司機賺到回程費用，
3) 客人可快捷地找到車又可索取7折優惠，節省費用。
4) 程式限制了貨van司機可睇到3公里, 用意是避免不在附近的車胡亂接柯打, 這樣才可達至順風車的效果
5) 的士可睇到2公里內的柯打
