「匯永實業股份有限公司」成立於西元1987年，緊臨高雄市前鎮漁港。創辦人有感於高雄的冷凍魚貨產業發達，從船家直接引進大量深水海魚做進一步加工，魚鬆的原料皆用的生魚片等級的魚肉來製作！從原料採買到加工製造，所有製作過程都有專業人員嚴格控管。工廠擁有HACCP食品認證工廠以及完整的生產線，並榮獲國家CAS優良食品以及食品GMP認證，更在2009年榮獲清眞認證(HALALCertificate)。
