We are an NGO based in Jodhpur,Rajasthan-India aiming at transforming every individual in thesociety in order to effect positive, deep-rooted, reinforcingchange in our environments. GROW is committed to making this planeta better place to live in.
As a charitable society our means of effecting change is unique: webelieve that while laws and institutions can address socialproblems as symptoms of a disease, treatment of the disease itselfhas to cleanse the system of its impurities. A sharp mind, healthyconstitution and a soul at peace with the surroundings is bestequipped to effect positive change.

On recognizing a need, we effect change the best way we can. Wecampaign for the rights of the destitute, disabled, elderly, womenand children and other vulnerable classes of people. We protect theenvironment and promote our rich culture and heritage. The scope ofdevelopment issues we are engaged in span across education, tribalwelfare, urban development and enabling access to health andsanitation facilities and rural development.

GROW engages in interdisciplinary research to identify thevaried causes of a social problem, and evolves innovativeapproaches to formulate solutions to address the issue. GROWactively engages with civil society organizations to ensure thatthese solutions attain fruition.
We proactively identify priorities which warrant our involvement inour country and approach problems after devising a sound solutionbased on research and stakeholder consultations. Our linkages withgovernment officials, research-institutions, not-for-profitorganizations, self-help groups, academic institutions, fundingorganizations, and the industry support our projects and activitiesand increase aid-effectiveness.

We ensure access to healthy and nutritious food and health careand provide education for all children. We protect a child againstphysical, mental and sexual abuse.

C2P Education Policy: The C2P (Child to Parent) Education Policyaims at the betterment of an entire family. In a society which hasrevered education from the elders, we believe that an educatedchild can also educate his/her parents and family members. Aneducated, holistically well-developed child uplifts the entirefamily not only economically, but also socially.

Empowering Women: We create a safer environment for women toexist and develop themselves in, and provide opportunities for theincreased economic, social and political participation by women. Anempowered woman makes a significant contribution to both her home,and country. Research activities are being undertaken on sexualoffender management and reproductive health.
