Make doing the laundry less of a hassle with a mobile appthat'sas easy-to-use as our washing machines and dryers! TheUniteStudents Laundry app lets you top up your Unite Studentsappaccount* in seconds, and then you're good to go...just turn upatyour nearest Unite Students launderette, load your laundry, scanamachine's QR code and select the programme you want to start -jobdone! Your credit will be adjusted automatically so you'llalwayshave your Unite Students account balance to hand. No need tostayand watch your washing.

Once the washer or dryer gets going the app also gives youacountdown** that tells you how long there is to go untilyourlaundry is done.

* Please note that your Unite Students app account is separatetoyour laundry card account you access from the Circuit website.Ifyou haven't used the Unite Students app before you will need tosignup separately on the app. Balances from your laundry cardcannot betransferred to your Unite Students app account and viceversa.

**The app will rely on your phone having a wi-fi, 3G or 4Gsignalinside the laundry room to activate the machines - and alsoto seethe countdown on the cycle if you leave to do something elsewhileyour wash completes. As long as you're connected, you can seehowlong is left on your chosen cycle and get on with otherthingsinstead of waiting in the launderette.

The minimum amount of top-up credit you can buy is £5.00.Yourpayment will be processed through PayPal and Unite Studentswillnot hold any card details.

You can apply for a refund of part-used top-up credit byemailingus at [email protected] with details of registeredemailaddress, the date of the in-App purchase, the amount ofcreditpurchased, and the amount of credit to be refunded. Norefund willbe given on balances of less than £5.00. Refunds willincur anadministration charge of £3.00, which will be deducteddirectly fromthe refund value. Refunds will be made using thepayment method usedfor the purchase.
