Popote teamwork is an app that enablesrealtime teams to collaboration. With it teams can see oneanother's position on a map, assign tasks to one another, sharetheir day plans, take notes and track leave. Tasks can also beassigned to anyone with a mobile number anywhere in the world.

Popote uses the terms team leaders, assistant team leaders andteam members.

Team leaders are usually the business owners or top levelmanagers. They can see everyone including other team leaders on themap and can issue leave for everyone.

Assistant team leaders are usually department or mid levelmanagers. They can see other assistant team leaders and teammembers on the map and can issue leave for other assistant teamleaders and team members.

Team members are everyone else in a company. They can see otherteam members on the map and can apply for leave for themselves butnot issue it.

Everyone can assign one another tasks regardless of theirposition.
