Weight Management Program:
With personalized medical oversight from a multidisciplinaryteam,combined with group classes that support the core of thelearning,the Live Young Weight Management Program is unique amongweightloss programs. Clients are supported by a weight lossteamcomprised of a board certified weight loss physician, adietitian,a behavioral therapist, and a nurse, each with distinctskills andtraining to maximize every participant's success.

Interested participants can attend a free informationalsessionto learn about the details of the year-long program thatfeaturesindividual visits with all providers and group classes.

Unlike fad diets that result in a frustrating cycle ofweightloss and regain, the Live Young Weight ManagementProgramincorporates evidence-based practices from those who havesucceededwith long-term weight loss. In a medically-supervisedenvironment,the Program strives to help participants makesustainable lifestylechanges by approaching wellness in a holisticmanner, as opposed toa quick-fix diet. By combining instruction ontopics ranging fromnutrition, physical activity, stress management,mindfulness, andincreased confidence to make healthy lifestylechanges, employeeswill be set up for long-term success, helpingthem feel better, bemore productive, and miss work less often.

Mindful Meals Cooking Classes:
From learning how the carbohydrates we cook impact our riskofdiabetes, to cooking to prevent cancer, to learning simpleandaffordable techniques that will please the whole family,thesesessions will teach you cooking skills that you canuseforever.

Led by Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator,JenniferLehman, these hands-on cooking classes will teach you tastyrecipesand inspire a new cooking style. You will build yourconfidence inthe kitchen, inspiring change through food education,andultimately empowering you to eat for your health!

How to Increase Joy and Decrease Stress -- StressManagementClasses:
By learning about and practicing tools such as mindfulnessandrelaxation exercises, this course will enhance yourcommunicationand listening skills, reduce your professional andpersonalanxiety, and help you create a healthy work/life balance.Led by aLicensed Professional Therapist, Jeanette Rutherford, youwilllearn strategies and techniques to increase your awareness ofyourrelationship with yourself and others. Experiential as wellasdidactic activities will be used to increase the joy anddecreasethe stress in your life!

Introductory Yoga
