This service enables a user in this caseanExecutive to pair another Mobile Number - Assistant such thatwhenthe Executive number is called it rings on both the Executiveandthe Assistant Mobile Number. In the simplest scenario, whentheExecutive's phone rings, so does their assistant's.

With this service if the Executive is busy and not willingtopick the call the Assistant can attend to the call, Iftheassistant deems it important enough to disturb the executivethenthey can place the original caller on hold, call the executivetoexplain,and if then agreed, the assistant may simply transferthecall.

The Mobile Assistant is the first of it's kind in Nigeria. Iftheexecutive has the phone switched off or out of coverage, thentheassistant's will still ring. If the executive picks up the callandwants to transfer it to their assistant, they can also performamid-call transfer and pass the call to the assistant.
