The menu integrates both traditional classic favourites with newand creative dishes which are freshly prepared by our chef who hasvast experience in Indian cooking. If there is a dish you likewhich is not in our menu please ask, we will be happy to prepare itfor you.
Our menu is all about freshness, authenticity and a lightness thatmany people don't typically associate with curry. All of our disheson the menu are made with your health in mind.
We do not use any artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives.We do not use ghee (processed fat which is very unhealthy) in anyof the dishes, instead only sparing amounts of sunflower and oliveoils. We use only very low and fat free dairy products. We do notuse any processed chicken or meat and only use fresh chicken breastonly.
