The See Say Rider App offers the public a quick and discreet methodfor reporting suspicious activity directly to Transit Police. Theapp can send pictures, text messages, and locations of suspiciouspeople or activities. From the home screen, users have two easyoptions for contacting Transit Police:

* The “Report a Problem” button allows users to send text or photosdirectly to Transit Police. To ensure discretion, the camera flashis automatically disabled when photos are taken through the app.When reporting an issue, users can select locations and reportcategories to assist Transit Police. Riders can also send reportsanonymously if they chose.

* The “Call Transit Police” button will connect customers directlyto Transit Police.

The application is designed for transits. If you send a report inan area without cellular connectivity, it will be stored and sentwhen connectivity returns. The system is also designed to send textmessages before pictures so that Transit Police can get app reportsas quickly as possible.

Additional Features

BOLO (Be On the Look Out) Alerts. BOLO Alerts on the See Say RiderApp may display alerts from Transit Police about specific personsof interest. For example, See Say Rider may display informationabout a missing person or child, such as where they were last seen.If you see a person from a BOLO, immediately call 911 and send anapp report to Transit Police discreetly.
