محمد بن سليمان المحيسني قارء وخطيب سعوديولد(1965) من أقدم القراء في المملكة العربية السعودية حالياً إمامجامععائشة الراجحي بمكة المكرمة ، وإمام سابق لجامع القطري بمكةالمكرمةوكذا إمام سابق في بريدة (حي المنتزه) والرياض, يشتهر بحسنصوتهوتلاوته وكثرة خشوعه وطريقته الخاصة في ترداد الآياتالقرآيةوتكراره
بدأ الشيخ المحيسني إمامة الناس في الصلاة في وقت مبكر في حدود السن15تقريبا واول مسجد ام المصلين فيه مسجد ناصر بن سليمان العباس تعالىبحيالخالديه(حي العنوز سابقا)بمدينة الرياض، يتبع المحيسني طريقةالحدر(القراءة السريعة). يعتبر الشيخ المحيسني من مجددي سنة البكاءوالخشوععند قراءة آيات الله في هذا العصر، حيث هو أول مقرئ تسجل لهقراءاتخاشعة ومبكية بعد أن غفل غالبية القراء في العالم الإسلامي عنهذاالجانب واكتفوا بالتركيز على الأداء في القراءة وأحكام التجويد,ظهرتأول تسجيلات للشيخ المحيسني من عام 1408 (سور قرآنية محدودة) ثمالمصحفالكامل من قراءة التروايح والقيام لعام 1409 حيث انتشر صيتالشيخ بعدنزول المصحف كاملا في التسجيلات الإسلامية.
بدأ الشيخ المحيسني الإمامة في الرياض ثم انتقل إلى مدينة بريدةالتياشتهر بها وذاع صيته ثم انتقل إلى مكة المكرمة. تم منع الشيخالمحيسنيعن الخطابة سنة 1414 هـ لأسباب سياسية
