Accident or On-Road Incident data capture app.
The app is intended to provide as a simple to capture anyOn-Roadincident related data. An On-Road incident may be anunfortunateaccident, Road-Rage, Arguments with fellow users or anyotherincident that needs to be captured for later use.
The app is not intended to be a legal tool in anyway whatsoever.Itis a convenient replacement for a notes maker on the phone.
The app does not share any data captured on the phone toanyoneexcept as authorized by the user during the installation. Theusercan provide a registered email Id for the data to besent.
The information may be used by the the users as appropriate, asthisis simply a “notes made on the go”.

Why is the App needed?

The app can help in terms of recalling the incidents andbeuseful in claiming insurance, filing an FIR. The GPSlocationinformation captured by the App serves to prove that theuser ofthe phone was actually present at the place when thisincidentoccurred.

App limitations.

The app does not in anyway claim to serve as a legal tool andissimply a notes making tool. Users can record up to100incidents.

3. Offender Vehicle Manufacturer

5. Offender Vehicle Details
6. Insurance Details : Insurance Company Name and Policy
Number.
7. Offender Contact Phone Number
8. Images of the incident.
9. Notes - Incident Description? 10. Capture Voice.
