"FitUp - Workout at Home" is a training program based onthecreation of Paul Wade "Convict Conditioning" and supplementedwiththe ability to save the results of training, to be able totrackyour own progress. It helped thousands of people build musclesandimprove their shape without help of individual coaches and goingtothe gym.
