Charles Otto "Charlie" Puth Jr. is anAmericansinger-songwriter and record producer.

Puth's initial exposure came through the viral success of hissongvideos uploaded to YouTube. He subsequently gainedwiderrecognition for multiple successful releases, including hisdebutsingle "Marvin Gaye", which featured vocals from MeghanTrainor.The song topped charts in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland,and theUnited Kingdom, and peaked at number 21 on the US BillboardHot100. Puth wrote, co-produced and performed with Wiz Khalifa onthesong "See You Again", included in the Furious 7 soundtrack asatribute to the late Paul Walker.

Puth's debut studio album, Nine Track Mind, was released inJanuary2016 and was preceded by the single "One Call Away", whichreachedthe top 20 on the Hot 100.
