This isn't about gettingthe sale,it's about doing the right thing and seeing that peopleareproperly covered. Every team member gets 3 days throughout theyearwhere they are able to volunteer for the charity of theirchoice.We also give back through our referral program. Everybusinesswants referrals, but people want to refer to us, because itgivesthem an opportunity to make a difference in our community aswell.For every referral, we will make a $10 donation to the charityofyour choice (And we will throw in a $10 gift card so you canhavelunch on us). As a 20 year cancer survivor, Joe is involvedwithmany local non-profits including the Leukemia and LymphomaSociety,Imerman Angels, and the LIVESTRONG Foundation. We are notyourstereotypical insurance agency. We do not take ourselvestooseriously and we love to have fun while we work. We realizethatlife is way too short and that we need to truly embraceeveryminute we have. We are a family.
