After using ChancesR®, our cloud-basedenterprise risk management software, to create the organization’sbusiness continuity plan (BCP), each authorized user can use thismobile app:
• To activate the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Continuity ofOperations Plan (COOP).
• To describe hazards and exact location of the affectedarea.
• To track the status of each member of the Emergency Response Team(ERT).
• To provide each member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) withtheir roles and responsibilities.
• To provide each authorized user with instructions of how torespond to an emergency.
• To provide the coordinators of organization’s critical functionswith instructions how to implement the recovery plan.
