- The bounts app requires the limited use of background processingto enable persistent location reporting. This feature providesvaluable benefits to the app user based on their continued presencein a particular location. Examples may include notifications ofearned reward points, eligibility for game participation, proximityto moving points or items of interest, and crowd navigationinstructions at events.
