Didalam Aplikasi Jambi Bersih ini pengguna bisamelakukantracking ke lokasi pembuangan sampah yang akan dituju.Caranyacukup mudah, pengguna memilih Menu Lokasi Tempat Sampah >PilihKecamatan - > Lalu pilih Lokasi pembuangan terdekat darilokasianda saat itu juga.

Aplikasi ini juga memiliki fitur laporkan masalah dimanapenggunadalam melaporkan masalah jika terjadi masalah sepertisampah penuh,pembuangan sampah rusak atau hal lainnya. Selain ituuntuk petugasDinas Kebersihan juga dapat menambahkan lokasipembuangan sampahbaru dengan cara mengirim langsung koordinatlokasi dan disertaidengan foto pembuangan sampah yang baru untukdisimpan dalam webserver.
