Description

Aikido is a Japanese martial art based on theprinciples of harmony that contains both empty hand and weaponstechniques. The weapon techniques in this iBudokan series are ofthe “Iwama” aikido tradition as taught by the late Morihiro SaitoSensei (9th dan Aikikai). The Aiki-ken and Aiki-jo in this seriesare demonstrated by Miles Kessler Sensei, 5th dan (Aikikai), a longtime student of Saito Sensei.
